SplitPay made it easy for everyone to pay their share of the phone bill. With just a link over text, AT&T customers and non-customers alike could pay their bill without logging in. Built with the design, development, and legal—I helped strategize the UX flow and wrote all UX copy, how-to video scripts and support articles.

Since launch:

  • 100,000+ enrollments, ~400 new sign-ups every day

  • 160,000+ payments totaling over $13 million

  • Over 464,000 fewer calls to customer care

  • 37,993 line level payers have securely stored payment methods
