Making Audible more accessible

The Audible app used to offer users a gauntlet of choices before letting them access content—asking things like are you an Audible member, a Prime member, or a new user—one screen at a time. It was completely cumbersome, anti-digital. Yuck.

Partnering with the UX design team, we made this experience only one screen. It didn't just make a better experience for new users, it resulted in a 29% life in trial take rate, delivering big subscriber numbers as a result.
